Welcome to Earsdon Park Medical practice Online, we are based within the Shiremoor Health Centre with a branch surgery at The Oxford Centre in Longbenton.

You've had a great summer now let's keep you fit and well through the winter season and reduce your risk of catching flu.
If you are over 65, or have any of the following chronic illnesses
- Respiratory Disease
- Heart Disease
- Renal Disease
- Liver Disease
- Neurological Disease
- Or if you are a carer
You are entitled to a free flu jab. We are holding walk in clinics on the following days:
- Saturday 24th September - 8:00am - 11:00am
- Friday 7th October 8:30am-4:30pm
- Thursday 13th October - 8:30am-2:30pm
By the end of June 2016 all patients (including Children) will be assigned a named, accountable GP. We will be informing patients of their named GP during the year by various methods or you can contact the practice if you wish to find out who your named GP is.
If you have a preference for your named GP please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate this request although you can see any doctor at the practice and not just you’re named GP.

Christmas is now a distant memory and we are all looking forward to the lighter days and nights coming in.
We are currently looking for new members to join our Patient Participation group. Your views and ideas could really make a difference and we are always keen to hear your ideas. If you would like to join is or for more information, please contact the surgery.
Our next meeting is on Tuesday 1st March at 5pm at Shiremoor resource centre.
Patient Groups are an effective way for patients and GP surgeries to work together to improve services and to promote health and improved quality of care. They are also an effective mechanism for patients to share their feedback with the practice.
